Slaughter To Prevail frontman Alex Terrible stepped into the ring earlier today, July 5th, for a brutal bare-knuckle fight against Danil “Regbist” Aleev as part of Top Dog FC’s ‘Top Dog 37’ pay-per-view event in Moscow, Russia.
Following the headlining bout, Terrible shared a photo showing himself bloodied and bruised alongside Aleev, both being tended to by medical staff. Despite his fierce effort, the vocalist came up short, losing the match by decision.
