AlphaSix Enlist LarcɆnia RoɆ’s Ryan Vail For ‘BioShock’-Inspired “No Gods No Kings Only Mother”

AlphaSix have tapped Ryan Vail of LarcɆnia RoɆ and Synestia for their newly released single, “No Gods No Kings Only Mother.” The track — and its accompanying artwork — pull direct inspiration from the acclaimed BioShock franchise.

A newly premiered music video accompanies the release, further expanding on the dystopian themes that have become central to the band’s creative direction. The title itself nods to the iconic “No Gods or Kings” philosophy featured within the BioShock universe, reframed through AlphaSix’s own narrative lens.

Speaking on the collaboration, the band shared:

“Ryan brought a ferocity to this track that perfectly embodies the chaos and tragedy of this universe we’ve built.”

Beyond the single itself, AlphaSix continue to build a larger conceptual arc centered around their eponymous rogue AI character. The band have acknowledged using artificial intelligence within their visual output as a deliberate storytelling device, designed to reinforce the themes of their expanding sci-fi narrative world.

However, they were quick to clarify that AI played no role in the writing, recording, or musical composition of the track itself.
