Canadian deathcore outfit AngelMaker have revealed plans to reissue their 2015 debut album Dissentient on vinyl, marking the record’s long-awaited return to the format nearly a decade after its original pressing.
The band has teamed with Silverback Gorilla Records for the new run, which will feature an expanded selection of collectible variants. Notably, this marks the first time Dissentient has been widely available on vinyl since 2016, with copies of the original pressing increasingly becoming sought-after collector’s items — often selling for hundreds of dollars on the secondary market in recent years.
Pre-orders launched today through SGR Distro, with an estimated shipping date set for August 20th. The upcoming pressing will be available across six limited color variants with the following quantities:
- Party Monster — 50 copies
- Lotus — 50 copies
- Colorwave — 50 copies
- Navy Blue Opaque — 100 copies
- American Swirl — 150 copies
- Alt Cover + Cannabis Variant — 100 copies
Given the limited quantities and the album’s rising collector status, the reissue is expected to move quickly among fans and vinyl collectors alike.
