ARCH ENEMY Announce Departure Of Vocalist Alissa White-Gluz After 12 Years

After more than a decade together, Arch Enemy and longtime vocalist Alissa White-Gluz have officially gone their separate ways. Both parties shared statements earlier today (Nov. 23), confirming the split and signaling that major news is ahead for 2026.

The band made the announcement first, posting a simple graphic of their logo accompanied by a brief message acknowledging White-Gluz’s contributions and hinting at a new chapter still to come.

“Arch Enemy have parted ways with singer Alissa White-Gluz. We’re thankful for the time and music we’ve shared and wish her all the best. Wherever there is an ending, there is also a beginning. See you in 2026.”

Shortly after, White-Gluz issued her own statement, expressing gratitude toward fans and teasing what’s next for her musically:

“After 12 years in Arch Enemy, we have parted ways. I am forever thankful to the thousands of amazing fans I have met along the way. Thank you, Beastlings!
