Former I Prevail vocalist Brian Burkheiser has unveiled the first original track from his newly launched project SCATTERBRAIN. The single, titled “PHASES”, began streaming February 12th and arrives via Burkheiser’s own imprint, Scatterbrain Records.

The release marks a major step forward for the singer after resolving a legal dispute tied to his departure from the platinum-certified metalcore outfit. While the project previously surfaced with a cover of a Taylor Swift song, “PHASES” stands as the first piece of original material under the SCATTERBRAIN banner.
