Carcass and Brujeria are set to reunite on the road later this year for a brand new run dubbed the ‘Putrefying Down Under’ tour, bringing both acts to Australia and New Zealand this September.
The trek will see Carcass once again sharing the stage with the Californian deathgrind outfit across multiple stops, marking another pairing between two of extreme metal’s most recognizable names.
However, Brujeria will not appear at every show on the run, with the band notably absent from both the Townsville and Auckland dates.
‘Putrefying Down Under’ Tour Dates:
- 09/22 Perth, AUS – Magnet House
- 09/24 Adelaide, AUS – Lion Arts Factory
- 09/25 Melbourne, AUS – Northcote Theatre
- 09/26 Sydney, AUS – Liberty Hall
- 09/29 Brisbane, AUS – Princess Theatre
- 09/30 Townsville, AUS – The Warehouse (no Brujeria)
- 10/02 Auckland, NZ – The Studio (no Brujeria)
The upcoming run continues a long-running history of shared bills between the two bands, both of whom have built reputations as cornerstones of the global extreme metal scene.
