Catch Your Breath have unveiled their new single “Lost” via Thriller Records. The track arrives alongside a visualizer and finds the rising alternative rock band leaning into emotional vulnerability and unresolved heartbreak.
“Lost” explores the aftermath of a relationship that ended without closure—the kind of emotional fallout that lingers long after the final conversation never happens. Built around themes of regret, absence, and emotional isolation, the song captures the quiet moments where loss hits hardest.
Vocalist Josh Mowery shared the following message about the track’s meaning:
“This one is for the ones who lost a piece of them without being able to try to fix it, left alone, in the dark, lost without them.”
Lyrically, “Lost,” centers on the devastation of waking up to an empty space once shared, replaying memories late at night, and grappling with everything that went unsaid. It’s a reflection on the desperate wish to turn back time before things fell apart—and the acceptance that sometimes, that chance never comes.
The release arrives as Catch Your Breath prepare to hit the road again in early 2026. The band will join Nothing More, Archers, and Doobie on the Carnal Nature World Tour, with dates stretching across North America.
