Catch Your Breath’s Single “Dial Tone” Has Been Gold-Certified

As the band is gearing up for their first ever U.S. headlining tour – Austin, Texas-based alternative rock band Catch Your Breath has reached a major milestone with their single “Dial Tone”, which was officially certified RIAA Gold on January 24, 2025.

Originally released on May 19, 2022, the track has now surpassed 500,000 units in sales and streaming equivalents, earning the prestigious Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). This certification is awarded when a song accumulates a combination of digital downloads, physical sales, and on-demand audio and video streams—where 150 streams are equivalent to one unit.

Guitarist Teddy Herrera offered the following on social media:

It’s official. Idk what to say. I’m not good with words. What started as an idea in my bedroom that turned into this is pretty insane to think. This changed our lives. I cannot thank everyone enough. I am truly grateful for your support…. THIS IS CRAZY OMFG AHHHH
