Chelsea Grin have called off their planned August run across Europe. The Utah deathcore outfit shared the news this morning, confirming the dates will no longer take place due to unspecified issues.
In a statement posted April 21, the band said:
“Due to unforeseen circumstances we unfortunately have to cancel our upcoming August European tour. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We can assure you that Chelsea Grin plans to get back to Europe sometime soon. Thank you for your understanding and for your continued support.”
No further details were provided regarding the cancellation, and no replacement dates have been announced at this time.
The band’s statement does indicate that a return to Europe is already being planned, offering some reassurance to fans overseas waiting for the group’s next run.
