Former Slipknot percussionist and vocalist Chris Fehn made an appearance on the History Channel’s long-running reality series ‘Pawn Stars’ on October 21, stepping in to examine memorabilia connected to his former band.
Fehn was brought in to authenticate a mask purported to be his, along with other items tied to the multi-platinum Iowa metal group. The memorabilia was brought to the shop by Spencer Victory, a frequent picker featured on the series.
Fehn was a member of Slipknot from 1998 until 2019, when his departure from the band followed a contentious dispute that spilled into legal proceedings. He filed a lawsuit against his former bandmates over alleged financial issues, though he later withdrew the suit in 2020.
His appearance on ‘Pawn Stars’ offered an unusual crossover between the world of heavy metal and reality television, with Fehn lending his firsthand knowledge to the authentication of items associated with Slipknot’s history.
