In a stunning twist for fans of post-hardcore and progressive rock, Circa Survive will be reuniting for a special performance at this year’s 2026 ‘Louder Than Life’ festival in Louisville, KY. The announcement comes as part of the nearly complete festival lineup, which features a mix of legendary rock, metal, and alternative acts.
The four-day festival is set for September 17th-20th at the Kentucky Expo Center, headlined by Iron Maiden, My Chemical Romance celebrating The Black Parade, Limp Bizkit, and Tool.
Other notable highlights include:
- Pantera’s only U.S. show of 2026
- Danny Elfman’s first Eastern U.S. show in nearly a decade
- One of Megadeth’s final farewell performances
- Reunion sets from Circa Survive, Get Scared, Blood For Blood, Metal Church, Primer 55, Sent By Ravens, and 40 Below Summer
- Anniversary performances from Jimmy Eat World, Sleeping With Sirens, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Alien Ant Farm, and Red
- Special sets from Cavalera, Skillet, Chad Gray, Loathe, and Alissa White-Gluz
The festival also boasts hometown sets from Emarosa, Greyhaven, Tantric, Showing Teeth, Gates To Hell, and Billy McNicol, plus a unique performance by professional wrestler Jeff Hardy.
Circa Survive will perform on Saturday, September 19th, alongside Dance Gavin Dance, Chiodos, Thursday, Hail The Sun, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, and Emarosa, marking the band’s first reunion set in several years.

Andrew Bernard has he been sober? I’m not asking to bash, but generally curious.
I mean Im not his friend – but from what I have been seeing reading and listening to – his lack of sobriety played a big roll in them breaking up aside form artistic reasons – i saw him on his solo tour and at least on stage he was drinking apple juice.. i am under the impression he is and Circa agreeing to reunite to me says he is

Andrew Bernard Same. I’m from outside of Philly (Reading), and many years ago I spoke with a promoter friend of mine and asked him about trying to book CS, he said he had booked them once and would never again due to Anthony’s behavior.
Jason Ziemba my buddy’s band toured with saosin and said he was super nice and friendly … but ive seen some videos where he is for sure high saying weird shit to the audience… people only see what we show
