After quietly confirming their reunion earlier this week, Circa Survive now appear to be hinting at a hometown performance in Philadelphia.

The post-hardcore outfit recently broke a brief social media blackout to reveal they will return to the stage on September 19 at this year’s ‘Louder Than Life’ festival in Louisville, KY. The announcement was minimal in presentation but marked the band’s first confirmed performance since their hiatus.

Now, further signs point to additional shows on the horizon.

On February 25, The Fillmore in Philadelphia, PA — the band’s hometown — shared a teaser post suggesting a potential upcoming date. Vocalist Anthony Green acknowledged the tease with a series of heart emojis, fueling speculation that a Philadelphia reunion show could soon be made official. No additional details have been confirmed at this time.

Circa Survive originally went on hiatus in 2022 following Green’s relapse amid his ongoing struggles with addiction. The frontman spoke candidly about that period during a December appearance on the ‘HardLore’ podcast, offering insight into the band’s pause and his personal recovery journey.

With a major festival date already locked in and hometown teases surfacing, it appears the band’s return may extend beyond a single performance.
