Coheed And Cambria Announce ‘Neverender Festival’ With Circa Survive, Sunny Day Real Estate & More

Coheed And Cambria are expanding their long-running ‘Neverender’ experience beyond the high seas, officially announcing a new festival expansion with two U.S. stops and a special Red Rocks event this fall.

Coheed And Cambria have previously taken their ‘Neverender’ concept aboard an annual cruise, but this year the prog rock veterans will bring the immersive event to land with the launch of the ‘Neverender Festival’.

The first edition is set for October 3rd–4th at the Observatory Festival Grounds in Santa Ana, CA. The band will perform both halves of their ambitious ‘The Afterman’ double-album—‘Ascension’ and ‘Descension’—in full across the weekend.

Joining them across the two-day bill are a stacked lineup including Circa Survive, Sunny Day Real Estate, Turnover, PUP, Thursday, La Dispute, Destroy Boys, Hail The Sun, The Prize Fighter Inferno, Covet, Narrow Head, Rocket, Joey Eppard, HELD., Willowake, and Slow Mass.

In addition to the festival debut, Coheed will also host a special ‘Neverender Rocks’ performance on September 29th at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO. That show will also feature a full performance of ‘The Afterman’, with support from Turnover and The Home Team.

Tickets will first be available via mailing list presale, with general on-sale beginning Friday, April 17th at 10:00 AM local time.

Coheed And Cambria are also expected to remain on the road throughout the year, with additional touring planned ahead of these special Neverender events, including appearances on Avenged Sevenfold’s upcoming Australia/New Zealand run.

With ‘Neverender Festival’ now expanding into multiple live formats, Coheed And Cambria continue to turn their concept-driven live experience into a full-scale destination event.
