Colorado deathcore outfit Crown Magnetar have premiered a new music video for their latest single, “Shut Up And Bleed.” The track will appear on the band’s upcoming third full-length album, ‘The Hollowing Of Godflesh,’ which is due out September 25th through Unique Leader.
The newly released video was directed by Dakota Johnson.
Vocalist Dan Tucker offered a bleak description of the song’s subject matter:
“Corruption made permanent. A corrupt entity is condemned within its own form. Its hollow interior filled and hardened until flesh becomes a living tomb. Unable to move, unable to die, it remains conscious and imprisoned in the exact moment of agony. A being with no escape and no reprieve. Shut up and bleed.”
The band will take the new material on the road this fall as co-headliners of ‘The Sawed Off Suffering Tour’ alongside Australian deathcore outfit To The Grave.
Face Yourself will support throughout the run, while select shows will also feature the live debut of Ameonna, the project featuring former Chelsea Grin members. Tracheotomy, Backbiter and Squelching will also appear on various dates.
