Crypta Promote Victoria Villarreal To Official Lineup

Brazilian death metal force Crypta have officially named guitarist Victoria Villarreal as a permanent member of the band after spending the past year performing with them in a touring role.

The group confirmed the move on April 19th, making Villarreal’s status official after she joined the lineup on the road last year. Her addition solidifies the current incarnation of Crypta as the band prepares for a packed international touring schedule.

The promotion comes ahead of a busy stretch of live dates that begins this week in Brazil before the band heads to Europe and the UK for an extensive summer run. Select appearances will also see them sharing stages with Slaughter To Prevail, Kittie, and Sepultura.
