Deafheaven To Release New Album “Lonely People With Power” In March, Debut “Magnolia” Video

Deafheaven have officially announced their new album, Lonely People With Power. The blackgaze innovators worked with producer Justin Meldal-Johnson (known for his work with St. Vincent and M83) and mixer Zach Weeks to bring the project to life. The album also marks their debut release with Roadrunner Records and is set to arrive on March 28th.

The first taste of the record comes via the newly launched music video for the single “Magnolia,” co-directed by Sean Stout and Chelsea Jade.

Lonely People With Power features two notable guest appearances: Jae Matthews of Boy Harsher lends her voice to “Incidental II,” while Paul Banks of Interpol is featured on an as-yet-unnamed track.
