Drain & Secret World Confirmed for 2025 ‘Furnace Fest,’ Ten Yard Fight & A Change Of Pace Reunions Announced

The first artist for this year’s ‘A Silver Surprise’ edition of Furnace Fest has been revealed, with Santa Cruz hardcore punks Drain leading the charge. Festival organizers shared their enthusiasm about the band’s involvement, likening their anticipated performance to the high-energy presence of Andrew W.K. at past events.

“In late October of last year, before A Silver Surprise had barely taken shape, one band kept circling like a smiling baby shark in my mind—one band I could picture delivering an Andrew W.K.-level Shed performance. Somehow, I knew that if Furnace Fest was going to continue, there was only one place to start: Drain.”

The festival, set to take place from October 3rd to 5th in Birmingham, AL, has now also confirmed the additions of Secret World (SPEED), a reunited Ten Yard Fight, and A Change Of Pace to the lineup. Early bird tickets went on sale today, February 14th.
