Deadsy frontman Elijah Blue Allman has been indicted on a felony criminal mischief charge stemming from one of two arrests he faced in New Hampshire earlier this year.
The indictment follows Allman’s March 1, 2026 arrest, which came just days after he was taken into custody over an unrelated incident at St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH.
According to reports, Allman was arrested on February 27 after allegedly gaining access to the school by claiming to be the parent of a prospective student. An altercation reportedly followed inside the school’s dining hall, resulting in charges of two counts of simple assault, criminal trespass, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct.
Only a few days later, Allman was arrested again after allegedly entering a New Hampshire residence without permission while one of the homeowners was inside. The resident reportedly hid in a closet and contacted authorities, while police alleged that Allman smashed through the home’s back door to get inside.
When officers arrived, Allman was reportedly found smoking a cigarette while sitting on a sofa. He maintained that he had permission to be inside the residence.
That incident resulted in charges of burglary, two counts of criminal mischief and breach of bail. Allman pleaded not guilty to those allegations.
According to WMUR, a grand jury has now indicted Allman on one of the criminal mischief charges, which is classified as a felony. An arraignment is expected next month, although a specific date has not yet been announced.
Allman has reportedly spent much of the time since the arrests hospitalized and is also scheduled for a competency hearing this fall related to the February incident.
The legal proceedings come amid ongoing concerns surrounding Allman’s personal and financial affairs. His mother, Cher, has sought temporary conservatorship over his finances on multiple occasions in recent years, citing concerns over substance abuse and mental health. Court records indicate that Allman receives an annual payment of approximately $120,000 from a trust established by his late father, Gregg Allman, the legendary Allman Brothers vocalist and guitarist.
Previous requests from Cher to establish the temporary conservatorship have been denied by the courts.
