Baltimore hardcore outfit Turnstile have officially caught the attention of rock royalty. In recent weeks, the band’s fourth studio album, NEVER ENOUGH, has landed high placements across numerous year-end lists — including one curated by Sir Elton John himself.
The legendary musician revealed that NEVER ENOUGH ranked among his favorite albums released in 2025. John also singled out the track “SEEIN’ STARS”, Turnstile’s collaborative single with Paramore’s Hayley Williams and Blood Orange, naming it one of his top 20 favorite songs of the year.
In a newly surfaced video conversation, Elton John and Turnstile frontman Brendan Yates discuss the album and the band’s creative direction. During the exchange, the 78-year-old icon doesn’t hold back his enthusiasm, bluntly describing Turnstile’s music as:
“F*cking amazing.”
The conversation also sees the two artists bonding over their shared appreciation for boundary-pushing music, with both John and Yates promising to link up the next time Turnstile make their way through London.
The moment marks yet another milestone for Turnstile, whose continued crossover appeal has propelled them well beyond the hardcore scene and into the broader cultural spotlight.
