END (Counterparts, Fit For An Autopsy, etc) and Cult Leader will release a new split EP called Gather & Mourn through Closed Casket Activities/Deathwish Inc. The recording, mixing, and mastering of END‘s contribution to the split were handled by the band’s own Will Putney.
Cult Leader has Converge guitarist Kurt Ballou handling their mix on their two songs. Jacob Bannon, also of Converge, put together the artwork and layout for the split, with his label Deathwish Inc. being involved in the release of it.
Both bands have released a single from the effort, with END releasing their song “Eden Will Drown“, and Cult Leader debuting “Atraxis“. Both can be found below.
