A former Nothing More crew member is now facing a felony charge stemming from an alleged incident that occurred following the band’s February 3, 2026 concert at The Criterion Theater in Oklahoma City, OK.
According to court records, Zachary Bonin has been charged with ‘Assault With Intent To Commit A Felony’, a felony offense under Oklahoma law. Authorities have also issued a warrant for Bonin’s arrest, with bond set at $200,000.
The case originated earlier this year when a woman identified as Morgan Dunbar publicly detailed allegations regarding events that allegedly took place after the concert. At the time, Dunbar stated that she had been gathering evidence and witness statements and intended to pursue legal action.
Shortly after the allegations became public in February, Nothing More confirmed that Bonin was no longer employed by the band. The group stated that they were not present during the alleged incident but had terminated the crew member and would cooperate fully with any investigation.
The band’s statement at the time read:
“Yesterday we were made aware of accusations about one of our crew members. While we weren’t present at the incident in question, having a safe work environment is something we take very seriously. The crew member has been fired and we will cooperate fully with any investigation.”
The filing of formal charges and issuance of a warrant mark the first major legal development in the case since the allegations surfaced publicly earlier this year.
As of publication, Bonin has not publicly commented on the charge, and no statement from his representatives has been issued regarding the warrant.
This remains a developing story.
