Falling In Reverse’s Ronnie Radke Files Restraining Order Against Brittany Furlan Following Weekend Social Media War

Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke has reportedly filed a temporary restraining order against social media personality Brittany Furlan, claiming harassment after she revisited a 2025 catfishing scandal involving a Radke impersonator over the weekend.

The drama traces back nearly a year, when Furlan first spoke publicly about being catfished by someone posing as Radke, an incident that generated widespread attention online. According to TMZ, Radke filed the order in Los Angeles on January 5th, requesting that Furlan be kept at least 100 yards away from him.

A representative for Furlan responded, telling TMZ:

“We are aware of the restraining order petition that has been filed. The claims being made about Ms. Furlan are not accurate. Our legal counsel issued multiple cease-and-desist notices in May after what we considered to be a pattern of harassment, bullying and false public statements about her. Those notices were acknowledged but the behavior continued. Ms. Furlan will respond through the court process and hopes the matter can be resolved peacefully. No further comment will be made at this time.”

The dispute reignited after Furlan shared a series of posts on her Instagram Story over the weekend (January 3–4), including screenshots of an Instagram account that repeatedly messaged her and left comments on her posts, as well as posts by her husband Tommy Lee and Radke’s ex, Saraya.

In one screenshot, Furlan explained:

“So this random account [@jub_tip] kept messaging me and leaving fucked up comments on my page and my husband’s page and Saraya’s page. We all talked and it was following all of us.”

She also shared messages from the account, which included texts like “miss you,” “madly,” and a photo of herself. In the first message, she had replied simply, “Ok Ronnie,” highlighting the alleged connection between the account and Radke.

Furlan Points to Alleged Evidence Linking Account to Radke

Furlan claimed she used Instagram’s “forgot password” feature to try logging into the account and discovered that the last two digits of the associated phone number matched one of Radke’s numbers saved in her phone. Furlan wrote on another Story post:

“Coincidence? I think not. Ronnie’s friends gave me several of his phone numbers, which he swore he didn’t have. And he’ll continue to swear he only has one, but he does. As I was told by people very close to him for years”

These posts fueled her argument that the account sending repeated messages and leaving comments on her page, as well as those of her husband Tommy Lee and Radke’s ex Saraya, may have been connected to Radke.

Furlan also shared a screenshot showing a comment from the account on Saraya’s Instagram page, which appeared shortly after Saraya attended a Motley Crue concert.

Furlan also logged into a separate Instagram account that Radke had blocked and noticed that the account she referenced in her Stories was blocked there as well, hinting that it could be tied to the same phone number as Radke’s.

Furlan then accessed her dog’s Instagram account, which Radke hasn’t blocked, allowing her to view how many accounts the mysterious page was following. On Instagram, users who are blocked can’t see this kind of information, adding weight to her suspicions about the account’s connection to Radke.

Furlan also checked one of the phone numbers allegedly linked to Radke in the Snapchat app, where the username @r_radke2025 appeared in her suggested contacts, further fueling her suspicions about the account’s connection to him.

Furlan Addresses the Situation
In a series of Instagram Stories, Furlan shared a full statement about the ongoing dispute:

“This is not how I wanted to start my new year. I wanted to leave this behind and move on with my husband. But every time someone posts a video about me being ‘catfished,’ I defend myself because I know the truth. He doesn’t like that I do that, so he’s trying to shut me down even more. He knows the truth too. I’d like to move on with my life. I’d like to be led the fuck alone. Not hunted from burners and whatnot. I would happily take a lie detector test. There is no AI video of a guy getting his dick sucked, that’s for sure. I know what I saw. I’m not gonna be gaslit any further.

Thank you to everyone who has messaged me and has been the subject of a smear campaign when the narcissist gets caught. It’s not fun.

Now please let me move on with my life.”

Radke Responds to Furlan’s Allegations

After Furlan’s Instagram posts over the weekend, Ronnie Radke fired back on his own social media, sharing screenshots and posting three videos addressing her claims. He accused Furlan of fabricating the story and trying to recruit fans to speak to TMZ on her behalf. Radke wrote on his Instagram Story:

“You’re messaging fucking parasocial, psychopath fans trying to get them to lie to create false narratives about me. You’re a piece of shit. You wanna talk about who’s narcissistic? You’re narcissistic.”

He also shared messages from teenage fans who claimed Furlan was stalking or harassing them, and called out one fan in particular, labeling them “obsessed.” Radke then hinted at potential legal action, writing:

“So the next thing we are going to do is subpoena @Julianna.stars’ text messages along with Brittany’s since these fucking psychopaths can’t accept reality. Let’s see what your reality looks like under oath.”

The vocalist emphasized that he never directly contacted Furlan in the situation, adding:

“You know how hard it is that somebody I grew up listening to, like your husband, hates my fucking guts now and is convinced that I’m doing some secret weirdo shit when I’m not? I put that on my fucking child and my dead brother. I’ve never Snapchatted you in my fucking life.”

The origins of the feud trace back to May 2025, when Tommy Lee posted a cryptic message on Instagram reading, “Who’s been catfished?” Later that day, Radke shared a Story implying that Furlan had been involved with a fake account posing as him, linking it to her marital issues with Lee.

Furlan responded with a lengthy TikTok video, explaining that she and Lee had been experiencing marital problems for some time. During that period, she admitted to interacting with someone on Snapchat who claimed to be Radke, unaware it was an impersonator.

Radke later claimed that Furlan had stalked him after sending a message saying she was outside his old residence. Furlan denied this, clarifying that the invitation came from the impersonator account, not Radke himself.

Furlan has said that loneliness played a major role in her interactions with the impersonator. On an episode of her now-removed podcast This Is the Worst, she admitted:

“I think coming from a place of desperate loneliness, you kind of grasp onto any affection that anyone gives you or attention or whatever.”

Despite the public drama, Furlan and Lee confirmed they were still married at the time. A few months later, Radke referenced the catfishing scandal in the music video for his collaboration with Hardy, “All My Women.”
