Ghost are bringing their live ritual to the big screen once again with the announcement of their upcoming concert film ‘2 Big 2 Rig.’
The multi-platinum occult rock band has confirmed that their second feature-length concert movie will arrive in theaters, including IMAX screenings, on August 26.
The film will focus on Ghost’s two sold-out headlining performances at Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City, Mexico from September 2025, which serve as the centerpiece for the upcoming release.
Amir Chamdin, who has directed numerous Ghost music videos, served as the film’s director, while frontman and band mastermind Tobias Forge is among the featured producers.
Unlike the band’s previous concert film ‘Rite Here Rite Now,’ which blended a live performance with a larger narrative storyline, ‘2 Big 2 Rig’ is expected to place a greater emphasis on the full Ghost live experience and the atmosphere of the band’s legendary stage production.
Tickets for ‘2 Big 2 Rig’ will go on sale Thursday, July 23 at 6:00 a.m. PDT / 9:00 a.m. EDT.
