Gojira have quickly sold out an intimate benefit performance announced earlier today in St. Louis, MO.
The GRAMMY Award-winning French progressive metal outfit announced the special show this morning, September 11, with the September 18 performance set for The Sovereign, a venue with a capacity of just 1,200.
All proceeds from the $30 event will benefit Operation Food Search, a St. Louis-based food bank. Locked Shut are slated to open the show.
Tickets went on sale at 1:00 p.m. local time and were promptly snapped up, with the intimate performance now sold out.
The show will serve as a warm-up for Gojira’s September 20 appearance at this year’s Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, KY.
