Haste The Day Enlist Silent Planet’s Garrett Russell For New Single “Liminal”

Haste The Day have returned with a brand-new single, “Liminal,” taken from their forthcoming album Dissenter. The track features a guest appearance from Silent Planet vocalist Garrett Russell and is now streaming below. Dissenter, the band’s first full-length since 2015, is set for release on May 1 via Solid State Records.

On “Liminal,” Haste The Day described the track as a bridge between their past and present sound:

“‘Liminal’ expands on the melodic, aggressive metalcore foundation of the record while leaning into the punk and hardcore influences that shaped our early sound. Featuring soaring melodic guitar leads and a powerful guest vocal from Garrett Russell of Silent Planet, the song feels both familiar and forward-moving — drawing a clear line from ‘Attack Of The Wolf King‘ into the present. Lyrically, ‘Liminal’ explores the tension of being stuck between two truths, caught in a space where movement feels impossible.”
