Cryptid are a Nu Metal band from Wolverhampton, England, blending aspects from Nu Metal, Metalcore and Hardcore to create a unique and heavy sound.
Forming in 2023, they started to write music together in 2025, taking inspiration from many different bands to create a sound that is simultaneously familiar and unique, heavy and catchy.
