Mass of Amara is a formidable metal band that blends the raw intensity of death/black metal, the intricate complexities of modern prog metal, and the atmospheric allure of synth-wave orchestral elements. Formed in 2021, the project began between vocalist Ella Rosario and guitarist Preston Hexx, the duo then released their debut cover and music video of Bjorks “Army of Me” in 2022 which was well received by audiences and shortly followed by the drop of the bands EP titled “Vessel”. The following year in 2023, guitar players Victor King, Joshua Guerra and drummer Joseph Briones joined the project with aims of taking the band to the live stage and releasing 2 singles titled “Rebirth” and “Revelations”.
With that, the band invites listeners to explore the vibe and atmospheres of their sound, offering an immersive experience that the band believes in and plays wholeheartedly.
