Ignea have revealed that their band headquarters in Kyiv, Ukraine has been damaged following a reported overnight strike attributed to Russian forces.
In a video shared on social media, the band showcased the aftermath at the Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Film Studio, where vocalist Helle Bohdanova confirmed significant damage to the site. Among the affected areas was the costume department, which housed outfits intended for an upcoming music video.
Footage from the scene shows shattered windows in the band’s section of the building, along with debris scattered throughout the space and equipment knocked over.
Despite the destruction, Bohdanova expressed relief that the structure itself remains largely intact.
According to local reports, the Russian Defence Ministry claimed the building was being used in connection with drone production.
Ignea recently announced their new album “Monumental”, which is scheduled for release on October 23 via Napalm Records.
