INGESTED Postpone First-Ever Asia & Australia Headlining Tour Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

UK death metal powerhouse Ingested have announced the postponement of their upcoming Asia and Australia tour—what would have been the band’s first-ever headlining run through the region. The decision comes after what the band described as “an intense year of nonstop touring” and is attributed to a combination of personal and logistical challenges.

In a statement issued overnight, the group explained:

“After an intense year of nonstop touring across the globe, some unforeseen personal and logistical circumstances have forced us to hit pause. This is not a decision we take lightly—we’ve never had to do this before. However, for the sake of not only our health, but the integrity of the show, we’ve decided to postpone these dates.”

While disappointing, the band emphasized that these shows are not canceled, and new dates are already being arranged:

“These shows are not cancelled, they are being rescheduled, and we’re already working hard to lock in new dates that we’ll announce as soon as possible.”

All tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase. For those planning to attend The Cold Day Festival in Brisbane, that event will still proceed as planned, though refunds will be offered to fans who request them.

“We want to thank everyone who was instrumental in putting this tour together: our agents, promoters, venues, and most importantly, every single one of you who bought a ticket and supported us. We’re gutted, but we’ll be back.”
