A march honoring the life of late Mastodon vocalist/guitarist Brent Hinds took place on August 31st in Atlanta, GA. Family, friends, and fans gathered in large numbers for the ‘March Of Hinds’ event, celebrating the beloved musician’s life and legacy.
Members of Mastodon were in attendance, with vocalist/drummer Brann Dailor sharing footage from the march along with a touching tribute. He wrote:
“The March of Brent Hinds started at El Myr and took over the streets, blocking traffic as hundreds of us walked together. The march ended at the Star Bar, where they were spinning the best of Brent. It was a beautiful start to a day filled with music, laughter, tears, and memories that will stay with us forever.”
Brent Hinds tragically passed away on August 20th following a motorcycle accident.
