Mire Lore Unleash New Single “Hymn For A Wretched Tongue,” First New Material In Years

Deathcore outfit Mire Lore have returned with new music, launching their latest single “Hymn For A Wretched Tongue” alongside an accompanying lyric video. The track marks the project’s newest release since their debut full-length arrived several years ago.

The band is fronted by former Enterprise Earth vocalist Dan Watson, whose distinctive vocal style helped define the group’s dark and atmospheric sound. Joining him on the new track are guitarist Drew Klugger (Graviton / Lost Conduit) and drummer Parker Yowell.

Mire Lore previously released their debut album, Marrow Leech, in 2018, establishing the project as a darker, more experimental outlet within the modern deathcore scene. “Hymn For A Wretched Tongue” continues that direction, blending oppressive atmospheres with punishing heaviness and layered vocal intensity.
