My Chemical Romance have just dropped a surprise release: a 2005 live version of their breakout anthem “I’m Not Okay (I Promise)”, recorded during a BBC Radio 1 session for ‘The Lock Up.’

The newly unearthed track is now available across all major streaming platforms, featuring updated Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge-inspired artwork. Notably, the YouTube description teases that this live version will be part of a forthcoming Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge (Deluxe Edition) — a timely nod with the album’s 21st anniversary landing on June 8th.
