Death metal veterans Obituary have expanded their summer touring schedule, announcing a string of U.S. headlining dates that will surround their previously announced appearances supporting Megadeth.
The newly announced run kicks off on July 24 in Pensacola, Florida, and includes stops across the Southeast and Midwest before wrapping up on August 4 in Asheville, North Carolina.
The tour itinerary is as follows:
- July 24 – Pensacola, FL – Handlebar
- July 25 – Atlanta, GA – 529
- July 26 – Memphis, TN – Growlers
- July 28 – Bloomington, IL – Castle Theatre
- July 30 – Chicago, IL – Beat Kitchen
- July 31 – La Crosse, WI – Oktoberfest Grounds (with Megadeth)
- August 1 – Green Bay, WI – Capitol Credit Union Park (with Megadeth)
- August 3 – Louisville, KY – Zanzabar
- August 4 – Asheville, NC – Revival
Tickets for the newly announced headlining dates go on sale July 2 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
In addition to the summer run, Obituary also has appearances lined up at Sound And Fury in Los Angeles on August 15-16, followed by a August 21 performance at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in New York City, where they’ll share the bill with Acid Bath and Thou.
