Our Last Night have announced plans to step away from touring life, revealing that their upcoming run later this year will be their final trek. Grayscale and Wind Walkers will join them as support on what has been dubbed The Final Tour.
While this chapter marks the end of their time on the road, Our Last Night made it clear they’re not stepping away from music altogether. In a heartfelt statement shared today, May 20th, the band reflected on their journey and the decision to focus on family moving forward:
“In 2004, Matt and I started OLN at just 10 and 15 years old, playing local shows around New England. A few years later, Tim joined the band, we signed a record deal, and began touring 8—10 months out of the year. Before any of us turned 21, we had already seen more of the world than most people do in a lifetime. What started as two brothers jamming in their mom’s basement became something we had only dreamed of.
Along the way, we’ve met incredible people and formed lifelong friendships. The memories we’ve made touring the world are ones we’ll carry with us forever.
Fast forward to 2025—we’re now husbands and fathers. And it’s clearer than ever that Our Last Night isn’t our entire identity. What matters most is being present for our families—showing up for birthdays, anniversaries, school plays, sports games, and all the everyday moments that shape our kids’ lives.
We’re not done making music—but this summer’s tour will be the last ever Our Last Night tour. The Final Tour. To the fans – None of this happens without you. Thank you for showing up, time and time again. We appreciate each and every one of you.
– Trevor, Matt & Tim”
Replying to a fan online, the band added that they’ll likely be releasing “the same if not more music than ever,” just without the travel demands of touring.
