Florida deathcore outfit Peacemaker FL have officially joined the roster of Papercut Recordings. Coinciding with the announcement, the band have debuted a music video for their new single, “Reverse Bear Trap.”
The track serves as the first taste of a new full-length album currently planned for release sometime this summer. According to the band, the song lyrically centers around retaliation against abusive and predatory behavior.
“The song depicts someone who is seeking vengeance on a person who seeks to prey on and harm other people.”
“Reverse Bear Trap” arrives as the latest signing announcement for Papercut Recordings, the label launched in August 2025 by Brand Of Sacrifice guitarist Michael Leo Valeri and Fit For A King bassist/vocalist Ryan “Tuck” O’Leary. Outside of their respective bands, Valeri is also known for founding Shibori Threads, while O’Leary additionally works with Beacon Management.
