Periphery’s 3DOT Recordings Signs For Your Health

Columbus-based chaotic hardcore outfit For Your Health has officially signed with 3DOT Recordings, with their label debut slated for early summer.

The upcoming release follows their acclaimed 2021 full-length, In Spite Of, which earned them recognition as a “Band to Watch” by Stereogum, was praised by Pitchfork for its fusion of screamo, post-hardcore, and genre-defying elements, and was described by Brooklyn Vegan as “a vast array of sounds under the umbrella of heavy music,” drawing comparisons to early Daughters and the later experimental era of Fear Before the March of Flames.

Since forming in 2018, For Your Health has built a reputation for unrelenting intensity, visceral live performances, and politically charged lyricism. Their discography includes two 2019 EPs (Nosebleeds and Death of Spring), a 2022 split with awakebutstillinbed (Hymns for the Scorned), and their full-length debut In Spite Of.

The band consists of Hayden Rodriguez (vocals), Nick Marzluf (guitar), Rosa Delgado (guitar), Johnny Deborde (bass), and Sim Morales (keys, vocals).
