Andorran progressive death metal innovators Persefone have unveiled a powerful orchestral live rendition of their instrumental track “Leap Of Faith.” The performance appears on their upcoming live orchestral album, “Live In Andorra,” recorded alongside the Orquestra Nacional Clàssica d’Andorra at the National Auditorium in Ordino back in May 2024. The album arrives December 5th via Napalm Records.
The band explained why this song was destined to be a single:
“If there was one particular song that we really wanted to use as one of the singles, it had to be ‘Leap Of Faith’. … The moment they realized how the orchestra makes this song come alive, it was an easy choice.”
Persefone also noted that due to the track’s complex production, it was something they never expected to perform live—but the unique opportunity to collaborate with a full orchestra changed that.
“Sometimes there’s no need for words to express feelings, and hopefully this song can do that for you.”
Fans can expect a vivid, cinematic version of the track that highlights Persefone’s blend of atmospheric prog, technical intensity, and emotional depth.
