Pierce The Veil have scored another major milestone from their 2023 album “The Jaws Of Life.” The record’s fourth single, “So Far So Fake,” has officially been certified gold in the United States, according to the RIAA’s announcement on Thursday, November 13th.
This marks the album’s second gold-certified single, following the success of “Pass The Nirvana,” which hit the same achievement back in August.
For context, a gold certification in the U.S. represents 500,000 units, while platinum signifies 1,000,000 units. The RIAA’s metrics include traditional sales, digital downloads, and streaming, with 150 song streams equaling one track-equivalent unit and 1,500 album streams equaling one album unit.
