PIG PEN have been confirmed as a late addition to this year’s Furnace Fest in Birmingham, AL. The fledgling hardcore outfit will appear on the festival’s newly added October 03rd kickoff date.
The band is fronted by celebrity chef and actor Matty Matheson (The Bear, etc.), and features a stacked lineup: Wade MacNeil (Alexisonfire, etc.) on guitars/backing vocals, Daniel Romano on guitars, his brother Ian Romano on drums, and Tommy Major on bass.
PIG PEN played their first-ever live show just last month. Their debut album Mental Madness will be released on June 27th, with lead single “Mental Mentality” premiering earlier this week.
