QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE Perform ‘Alive In The Catacombs’ Tracks On ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’

Queens Of The Stone Age were the featured musical guest on the July 10th episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!. However, in a unique twist, the performances of “Running Joke” and “Paper Machete” didn’t come from the show’s studio. Instead, the aired footage was sourced from the band’s previously released Alive In The Catacombs concert film.

That special performance, captured in the historic Catacombs of Paris—final resting place of over six million Parisians—saw Josh Homme and company reimagine select tracks from their catalog in an eerie, intimate setting. The band’s Alive In The Catacombs set arrived this past June in both audio and visual formats.
