Former Stray From The Path vocalist Drew Dijorio (also known as Drew York) has revealed that he is currently working on new music, though the project remains in its early stages.
Dijorio shared an update on his social media today, July 29th, explaining that while he has begun developing new material, many details surrounding the project have yet to be finalized.
“Working on new music but still have a lot to figure out.”
The vocalist went on to outline the many questions still surrounding the project, including his own role in the music and who else may become involved.
“When’s it dropping?
Am I singing on it?
Who’s gunna edit/write/play the drums?
Who’s gunna mix & master it?
A lot goes on in my brain all at once and that’s just scratching the surface.”
No additional details regarding the project’s sound, lineup, or potential release plans have been revealed at this time.
Stray From The Path officially came to an end last year after more than two decades together. The influential Long Island hardcore outfit released eight studio albums throughout their career, with their final record arriving in 2022.
