Roman Candle vocalist Piper Ferrari broke her foot during the Las Vegas screamo band’s performance in Merksem, Belgium, last night, September 7th.
Ferrari revealed the injury afterward, explaining that the band will unfortunately have to cancel tonight’s scheduled performance in Nijmegen, Netherlands, but currently plans to continue with the remainder of the European and UK tour.
Despite breaking a bone during the set, Ferrari said the band still had an incredible night and thanked both the venue staff and everyone who came out to the show.
“Broke my foot during our set last night in Antwerp so unfortunately we won’t make it to our show tonight in Nijmegen at @merleynnijmegen.
“Thank you @mendville_shows for being such an amazing venue with amazing staff. Despite breaking a bone mid set, we had an incredible time and we are so grateful. Thank you to everyone who showed up for us.
“The rest of the shows are still on. If I’m playing with a broken foot YOU ARE DANCING & SINGING ALONG.
“We will see you in Stuttgart!”
Assuming Ferrari is able to perform as planned, Roman Candle will return to the stage tomorrow in Stuttgart, Germany.
