Sevendust & Theory Of A Deadman Announce Summer Co-Headlining U.S. Tour, Return To Dust Set As Support

Gold-certified alternative metal veterans Sevendust and multi-platinum hard rock outfit Theory Of A Deadman are teaming up for a massive summer/fall run dubbed ‘The Dead / Seven Tour’, with Return To Dust set to open across most dates.

The tour has been described as a long time coming, with both bands sharing a history that stretches back over two decades of shared stages and festival appearances. Theory Of A Deadman frontman Tyler Connolly reflected on that connection:

“We are beyond pumped to hit the road with one of the most beloved rock bands and friends Sevendust. Playing shows with them going back to 2002 man this tour is gonna crush! Cannot wait to play some new tracks and some old ones too. Excited for rockers Return to Dust to join us as well.”

Sevendust vocalist Lajon Witherspoon also shared his thoughts on the reunion:

“Man, hearing Tyler say that takes me back. We’ve been throwing down together for a long time, and it’s always been nothing but love and high energy. Theory of a Deadman always brings it, so we already know this tour is going to be something special. We’re beyond excited to get out there, share the stage again, and give the fans moments you can’t recreate anywhere else. Our friends in Return to Dust will be there too. Much respect to those guys, and we’re ready to crush this thing together.”

Sevendust recently released their fifteenth studio album ONE, while Theory Of A Deadman dropped the new single “Barricade” last month. Return To Dust also recently made noise with a cover of Outkast’s “Hey Ya!”.

Artist presales begin May 06 at 10:00am local time, followed by a promoter presale on May 07, with general on-sale starting May 08.
