Sleep Theory Share “Words Are Worthless” Live Video From London Show

Sleep Theory have released a new live video for their track “Words Are Worthless,” captured during a recent performance overseas.

The footage was filmed on February 12th, 2026 at the O2 Forum Kentish Town in London, England, showcasing the band’s live energy as they continue to build momentum internationally.

The release follows a major milestone for the group, who recently took home ‘Best New Rock Artist’ honors at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, further cementing their rising profile in the modern rock scene.

“Words Are Worthless” serves as the closing track on the band’s debut album, ‘Afterglow’, which arrived in May 2025 via Epitaph Records.

Looking ahead, Sleep Theory will return to Europe this summer for a run of festival appearances across the UK and mainland Europe.
