Sleep Token’s ‘Even In Arcadia’ Earns Gold Certification In The UK

Sleep Token continue their remarkable rise, as the band’s fourth studio album ‘Even In Arcadia’ has officially been certified Gold in the United Kingdom.

The album, which debuted at No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart upon release — alongside topping charts in several other territories — previously achieved Silver status earlier this year. As of December 19, the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) has now upgraded the record to Gold, signifying 100,000 units sold in the band’s home country.

While the masked alternative metal collective have experienced a meteoric surge in popularity over the past few years, a UK Platinum certification has so far remained just out of reach. At present, ‘Even In Arcadia’ and the band’s 2023 breakout album ‘Take Me Back To Eden’ stand as their highest-certified releases in the region, both holding Gold status.

Elsewhere in their catalog, several releases have reached Silver certification, including their viral 2023 single “The Summoning,” which remains the band’s only song to hit that milestone in the UK.

With momentum continuing to build around the band globally, it appears to be only a matter of time before Sleep Token push beyond Gold and into Platinum territory.
