THURSDAY Announce Warm-Up Shows Ahead of MetLife Stadium Gig with MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE

Thursday will be hitting the road this August for a short run of headlining shows as they gear up for one of the biggest moments of their career: opening for My Chemical Romance and Death Cab For Cutie at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. These warm-up dates will see the New Jersey post-hardcore veterans joined by I Am The Avalanche and Blood Vulture, the latter of which features Jordan Olds of Two Minutes to Late Night.

Tickets for the newly announced shows go on sale this Friday, May 30th at 10 AM local time via thursday.net.

The band shared the following statement:

“We may be standing on the edge of summer but as far as we are concerned, August cannot come soon enough. We know we are not the only people who feel this way! To get to play at Met Life Stadium with @deathcabforcutie and @mychemicalromance is one of the highlights of our lives as Jersey Boys! To prepare for this epic adventure we have decided to do some punk rock warm ups in Allentown, Baltimore and Albany. Joining us on these special shows are our dear friends @iamtheavalanchenyc and @bloodvultureband the new band featuring our good friend Jordan Olds from @twominutestolatenight (Jordan did Dancing in the Dark with us during the lockdowns— remember that???)
