British psychedelic rock outfit Uncle Acid And The Deadbeats have premiered a new music video for “House By The Grave,” the opening track from their forthcoming album, ‘Shapes Of Midnight.’
The band have playfully dubbed the new Kevin Starrs-led clip a “hi fidelity video tape,” offering another preview of the conceptual record ahead of its September release.
Starrs, who has served as the mastermind behind Uncle Acid And The Deadbeats throughout their career, had the following to say about the track:
“This is one of my favourite songs that we’ve ever done and the perfect way to open up the album. Yonder stands the sinner!”
‘Shapes Of Midnight’ is partially inspired by Edgar Allan Poe’s 1842 short story ‘The Masque Of The Red Death.’ The album was recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios and is scheduled for a September 18th release through Killer Candy Records.
Uncle Acid And The Deadbeats will also be supporting the new album with a North American tour alongside Messa.
