    Venues Start Hinting at Sleep Token’s Speculated North American Tour

    The reveal of Sleep Token‘s North American tour plans seems imminent. The breakout alternative metal band has been ramping up their promotional campaign, which now appears to be nearing its climax. Today, March 10th, several major venues in the United States began updating their social media profile images to align with Sleep Token‘s recent ARG (Alternate Reality Game) promotional efforts.

    The band’s devoted fanbase has been closely monitoring the situation, with the following list of venues seemingly acknowledging their involvement as of press time:

    Atlanta, GA – GAS South District
    Cleveland, OH – Rocket Arena
    Lincoln, NE – Pinnacle Bank Arena
    Tacoma, WA – Tacoma Dome
    West Valley City, UT – Maverik Center
    Worcester, MA – DCU Center

    Having already graduated to arenas in their native UK and other select territories, it seems Sleep Token is now aiming to elevate their presence in the United States as well. Each of the venues listed above has a capacity of at least 12,000 people or more, signaling the band’s intention to play at larger scales.

    Unconfirmed rumors have been circulating about a new album from the group, expected to drop in early May. Last Friday, Sleep Token teased the arrival of ‘a new offering’ in the near future. The band signed with RCA Records in February 2024, and this upcoming release will mark their first album since aligning with the label.

        Miranda Ramsey of all the trendy things I’ve seen come and go over the years, I’d say Sleep Token is one of the only artists who I’ve seen explode in popularity with such a huge rise and was absolutely deserved. They’re genuinely great musicians primarily Vessel as the main songwriter but II’s drumming being god tier pseudo gospel style was a musically brilliant choice from the start as well. Most actual musicians who aren’t just GIANT metal elitist VIRGINS will understand why their accolades are deserved. The dudes like a classically trained musician and his style of writing/lyricism is genius. All of this is not even mentioning how incredibly beneficial an artist being this successful and influential is for the heavy music scene in general too. Which is precisely why the aforementioned virgins need to get their guitars headstocks outta their asses and recognize the positives here.

        Miranda Ramsey I think the haters are the ones that think rock or metal can only be “one style” forgetting that ‘rock and roll’ (which metal evolved from) actually was born from many genres of blues style music. As Vessel himself has said “Life is dark. Life is bright. Life is ugly. Life is beautiful. Don’t get lost in genres, they’ll only disorientate you. Music is for everyone.” Haters are gonna hate, oh well. Fans enjoy ST for Vessel’s lyrical genius, II’s phenomenal drumming skills, and music that can almost be (and for some probably is) a religious experience. My daughter turned me on to them, and at first I thought “Oh great, one of her crazy off the wall bands.” (She listens to some truly wild stuff sometimes) but the more I listened, the more I was drawn in, and then we saw them in Philly last May. It WAS an experience. I can’t even put it into words. If you have the chance to attend a Ritual, do it. You won’t regret it.

          Sandy Wilson Pretty sure Avenged did it first before the release of LIBAD. They had an arg that went on for weeks before the new single dropped and also announced the new album and tour at the same time. This was 2 years ago.

        Alyssa Ciesky they haven’t released dates yet. Just no venues that we’ve found have posted their image in their profile, and so far no one has found a billboard.

        But they came to Dallas in sept 23 and may 24, so they’ll probably come back. We sold out both shows, forcing one to move to a larger venue, so they prob like us 🥰

          Jessica Champagne yeah I get it but personally, I would have rather paid $150 to see the show over the $70 to be in the rafters. If there was a way to somehow tweak that system where you don’t have to wait for your turn to buy tickets but also stopping the bots then I’d be all for it lol

          Ed Carlson no matter what, you’re never guaranteed an amazing seat. It is what it is not enough seats for all who want to attend. Luck of the draw. I would much rather be able to attend at a proper price and be in the way back… than see the same nosebleed seats go for over $150 and not being able to attend at all

          Jessica Champagne the Cure has been my favorite band since the 90s. Robert earned a sainthood in my eyes for how he handled their tour. I got to see them 26 rows back center stage AND afford merch. $150 for my ticket and $25 for my tshirt. When I saw Stevie Nicks I paid $200 to sit way back in the last seats before lawn and couldn’t afford a $70 tshirt.

        Thomas Johnson if they use ticket master, like most venues here in the states use, they unfortunately can’t stop scalpers that easily. Ticketmaster themselves has a majority of their workers scalp tickets to oversell for a higher profit.

          Jessica Champagne ticketmaster still actively has scalpers hired to scalp and scam people. Just because they had AND HAVE lawsuits over it, doesn’t mean they will stop. In order for them to stop scalping as a company, we need our very incompetent lawmakers to make stricter laws to prevent it. So technically, no, they can’t. Laws are too gray correctly to stop it.

          Ayla Heller they can stop scalpers easily. Don’t email the official ticket barcode information until days before the event. Hell, don’t email it until the day of. Plenty of bands have started doing this to try to combat resellers

          Thomas Johnson I take it you don’t read much. Gouging out of the gate is yes however once someone buys the tickets they can legally sell them for as much as they’d like. The only thing scalpers do that’s honestly illegal is solicitation. Take it from a guy who learned from experience I used to scalp the shit out of tickets to these lame ass bands😂😂😂

          Carla Roman understandable, but at least it seems they picked Ohio, lol. I went from the southern eastern shore of MD to Philly to see them last year. I’m going to Louder Than Life in KY to see them in Sept. Honestly, I’d go to Cleveland if I could get Tix. I sort of work for Rocket Mortgage, lol, well, I do work FOR them. I’m wondering if their people get free or discounted Tix lol. I’m gonna have to ask lol.

          Kaylee Friedrich I went in Pittsburgh and there’s this HUGE hill you have to walk up to get to the venue. I almost didn’t make it 🤣 The show was phenomenal but I was so jealous the whole time of the people in the front because same! Breathe on me..get a little spit on me..either or 🤣🤣🤣

          Sean Purcell I had to look up what our venue holds, 2500ish. I thought it was much smaller, maybe 1000 people, but it’s set up wonderfully. That’s about my max tolerance of large crowds. I’m glad they made it big, but dangit!!

      I was so lucky to see then in oct 23 in Pomona Ca 3 miles from my home! I have seen 100’s of live shows, I’m 57 and the Sleep Token show with 1,800 people! Was one of my top ten shows of all time! Have a great day!
