Los Angeles-based progressive metalcore outfit Volumes have shared the music video for their latest single, “Bad Habit,” following hot on the heels of their recent visual for “S.O.A.P.” The new clip was directed by Orie McGinness (Bad Omens, Poppy) and is part of the rollout for the band’s upcoming album, Mirror Touch.
Vocalist Michael Barr explained the meaning behind the track:
“‘Bad Habit’ is a song about identifying that habits that are deemed bad for you or unhealthy are sometimes the only thing getting you through life. Is there a balance that can be achieved? Typically, no.”
Mirror Touch will be released digitally on December 12th, with a physical release to follow on February 27th.
