To mark their annual ‘311 Day’ celebrations, rap rockers 311 have unveiled a special 30th anniversary edition reissue of their 3x platinum-certified self-titled album. The band recently teased this release with promotional activities, including adding a blue hue to select digital catalog releases and launching a dedicated promotional site. Alongside the reissue announcement, 311 is also releasing a new ‘All Mixed Up Records’ merch capsule.
This promotional site will continue to evolve throughout the year, serving as a central hub for 311’s 30th anniversary celebrations surrounding the iconic album. Fans may have noticed a recent update to the site, which now includes a U.S. map with various cities marked out.
In addition to the album reissue, 311 has confirmed that their ‘Unity Tour’ will return this summer, with details—including the full lineup and dates—set to be revealed on Tuesday, March 18th at 10:00am EST / 07:00am PST. Pre-sale signups are available at unity-tour.com.
The 30th anniversary reissue of 311’s self-titled album will be available in two variants on July 11th. Legacy Recordings will offer a fan-exclusive blue smoke-colored vinyl, while a limited-edition package will feature a pearlized vinyl pressing.
